Canon released the latest single function printer PIXMA TS307. This Printer is claimed to be enabled as a scanning device, copying, while also able to print creative photos.

When connected with the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY Smartphone and the app, PIXMA TS307 transforms into a multitasking device and helps to generate high-resolution document scanning (A4 paper or book pages).

Lines on the printer surface help provide a straight and neat setup of documents/books to be scanned using the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app on your smartphone. The edges of documents are detected automatically, the brightness and contrast levels of images are optimized through the application before printing. Scan results can be converted to PDF format and saved to local libraries on mobile devices, cloud services or sent by e-mail.

The TS307 is also equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for easy wireless connection and one touch access point mode using mobile devices without requiring wireless routers. The AirPrint and Wireless Pictbridge connections complement the wireless connectivity options for flexible and affordable printers.

While the Message in Print app will be able to embed a personal message with a text animation, music or video in the photo to be printed, which will surprise the recipient of the photo.

PIXMA TS307 printers are equipped with efficient and cost-effective ink cartridges, i.e. PG-745S and CL-745S. With the ability to print up to 100 pages (black and color ink), this cartridge is a great solution for consumers who need to print out a little routine.
